As a premium ‘Innovator’ sponsor of the event, our custom booth on the show floor provided an immersive experience for visitors to experience the latest in technology-powered innovation. This, and our exclusive executive lounge, were spaces for us to connect one-to-one and listen to present-day business challenges, and how PwC jointly with Salesforce can help address them.
The biggest theme across the Sydney World Tour was the importance of Data and AI. Salesforce announced Einstein 1 Platform, an AI platform for customers that gives companies the ability to safely connect any data to build AI-powered apps with low-code and deliver entirely new CRM experiences. This promises to revolutionise how businesses use data to drive decision-making and customer experiences.
A notable highlight was our breakout session with our client HBF - Decoupling complex transformations with a ‘Dark Launch’ which was the most attended session during Salesforce World Tour 2024 in Sydney. In collaboration with HBF and Salesforce, we delved into the complexities of their holistic digital transformation. HBF’s multiyear digital transformation programme that highlighted the importance of steering the course toward success and picking the right technology partners and system integrators to boost business buy-in and customer results.
At the heart of our success lies our robust partnership with Salesforce, which has grown exponentially stronger over the years. At the Salesforce World Tour Sydney 2024, we showcased the depth of this partnership, demonstrating how our combined expertise empowers businesses to thrive in the digital age. The PwC Australia team was supported by our global Salesforce Alliance lead Reggie Walker and his team, underscoring the global significance of our Australian business.
“We have a tremendous partnership with Salesforce which has only gone from strength to strength over the past year. Not only from the work that we do and how we go-to-market, but also as a customer. They are a key partner for PwC in how we power and drive our own business.”
Reggie Walker, Global Salesforce Alliance Leader
This global exchange of ideas enriches our partnership and fuels our collective mission to drive impactful digital transformation on a global scale.
