Appointment of Voluntary Administrators

Adam Colley, Derrick Vickers, Stephen Longley and Andrew Scott of PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia (PwC) were appointed as joint and several Administrators of PF Group Holdings Pty Ltd (PFGH) and PF Management Holdings Pty Ltd (PFMH) on 26 June 2024 pursuant to section 436C of the Corporations Act 2001.

The appointment is limited to these two entities and is not in relation to subsidiary companies of the Group.
