Module 1: Deal Fundamentals
Our deal fundamentals module empowers you to craft a robust vision, strategy and value creation story to give you confidence you are entering into the right deal. To enable this, our platform helps you to:

Module 2: Operating Model Design
Our operating model design supports Day 1 readiness with a centralised and streamlined set-up of the overall operating and organisation models - from Current State to Day 1, Interim and End State, via:
- Setting the overall operational and organisational model design context and strategy
- Capturing strategic Operating Model design objectives and principles
- Creating and designing multiple versions of operating models, e.g. Current, Day 1, Interim and End State in a centralised and streamlined manner
- Capturing the strategic assessment (people, process, data and reporting, assets, systems, and contracts) and functional strategy for each operating model element
Module 3: Program Management Office
Our program management office ensures the deal intent is delivered via a customised real-time project management module (specifically designed for M&A)
A fully connected "web" of the core information required to deliver the program against your original value hypothesis, including:
- Ability to create, edit and track program delivery against your value case, hypotheses, initiatives, tasks
- Visualise the workplan in real-time for everyone to stay informed and keep track of the integration, "zooming in and out" from task to program level
- View the program against multiple critical paths simultaneously e.g. Conditions Precedent, Day 1, Day 100, TSA exit date etc.
- Manage risks, issues, actions and decisions at all levels within centralised RAID logs. These can be tagged to relevant owners, workstreams and initiatives and summarised in an automated output dashboard
- Value tracking through the bottom-up build of the value case, flowing through to program, workstream and sub-workstream dashboards
