Stephen Longley was appointed as Voluntary Administrator of Melbourne Rebels Rugby Union Pty Ltd on 29 January 2024, pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.

Deed of Company Arrangement

At the second meeting of the Company’s creditors held on 3 May 2024, creditors of the Company resolved that the Company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA). The DOCA was subsequently executed on 24 May 2024.
