Sumanth Prakash

Sumanth has been a Partner since 2002 and is a member of PwC’s Asia Pacific Governance Board.
Sumanth is an Assurance Partner and has worked with leading ASX entities, large Private Equity Groups, and large corporates in the Retail, Consumer, Healthcare, and Telecom sectors. Sumanth also has a focus on US PCAOB audits. Sumanth has significant international experience having worked with PwC in London, New York, and Kolkata, where he set up and was CEO of PwC's first multi-territory Delivery Centre. Sumanth has also led a number of short-term assignments in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Sumanth is based in Sydney. Outside of work Sumanth enjoys spending time at home and goes for long walks while listening to music.
