Paul is a Partner in the Corporate and Global Tax group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Melbourne.
Paul joined PwC as a partner in 2004. Over his career, Paul has worked on a wide variety of projects including initial public offers, demerger transactions, hybrid capital issues, schemes of arrangement, takeovers and various capital management transactions.
Paul is a prominent voice for tax reform and has led PwC's Tax Reform project which aims at building momentum within the community around the need for comprehensive tax reform in Australia.
Paul has been a member of the Governance Board in Asia Pacific since 2017. Paul has degrees in law and economics from the Australian National University and has taught at the University of Melbourne.
