About Liza

Liza leads PwC Australia’s sustainability services and offerings to clients, including strategy and transformation, project and deals, reporting and assurance services, working closely with teams in Assurance, Financial Advisory and Consulting. 

For the past four years, Liza was PwC Australia’s Chief Operating Officer and a member of PwC Australia's Management Leadership Team. She was also Chair of PwC's ASEANZ Consulting Pty Ltd, the firm’s regional consulting business. Prior to that Liza was the managing partner of PwC Australia’s national consulting business.

Liza is a member of PwC’s Global Strategy Board which provides oversight over significant network investments.

In addition, Liza holds a number of external advisory and board roles and she is a member of Chief Executive Women. Liza is a Member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board, supporting the development of Australian climate-related disclosure standards, and Chair of the ESG Working Group for the Australian Public Policy Commission. Liza is a Director of Engineers Australia and Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee, a Director of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and an Advisory Member of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra’s Finance Committee.

Liza has a BEng(Chem)(First Class Hons) and Grad Dip (Energy and Resources) Law. She is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Fellow of Engineers Australia. Liza is an Honorary Fellow of the Faculty of Engineering and IT.
