Carolyn is the Partnership Secretary for PwC Australia and company secretary of the PwC Australia group.
An experienced and commercially focussed lawyer, Carolyn joined PwC in 2013 in a governance role, utilising her extensive experience in a top tier law firm, as General Counsel in Australia for a major French company and as a company director. Carolyn has a strong commitment to the effective implementation of the key principles of governance so as to support the operations of PwC Australia, the services it provides to clients and its community of solvers.
Carolyn is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds degrees in economics and law from the University of Sydney.
