Adrian is a Partner leading PwC’s Technology and Digital law practice in Australia. He specialises in strategic technology-driven transactions, complex commercial supply arrangements and large-scale projects involving regulated infrastructure. Adrian advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of high value commercial transactions and strategic technology acquisitions, including technology intensive/complex supply and services arrangements, information and communications technology law, domestic and international inter-carrier arrangements and regulation, IT transformation projects, business process outsourcing, cloud and ‘as-a-service’ arrangements. He has extensive experience advising public sector clients across various IT procurement matters and has advised major corporate clients across a range of industry sectors including telecommunications, banking and financial services, energy and resources, media and defence. He has previously worked as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills and as a Special Counsel at Gilbert + Tobin.
