You can also capture information about your employees, and reduce administrative burden by leveraging our Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service functionality. All while gaining full insight to your company structures with position and organisational management functionality.


Recruitment

Simplified and streamlined recruiting processes fully integrated with Recruiting Marketing, Posting, Position Management and Onboarding that reduce manual efforts for data maintenance allowing HR to spend more time on strategic topics. Around 25 ready-to-use email templates for internal communication and communication with applicants that offer a good starting point for your configuration.​


Onboarding

Onboarding, Crossboarding and Offboarding processes fully integrated with Recruiting and EC that reduce manual efforts for data maintenance, allowing HR to spend more time on strategic topics. There are 2 ready-to-use Onboarding Program templates for the Onboarding and Offboarding that serve as a solid starting point for your configuration.

It provides users with flexible framework where customer can configure and manage working time according to local laws, regulations, compliance requirement and other types of policies.​


Employee Cental Payroll

HXM Express provides  a fully integrated payroll solution which offers local support for tax regulations, Off-cycle support, retroactive payments and payroll processing for concurrent employment. Our Payroll Control Centre moves away from batch-style processing to a continuous payroll process with real-time payroll monitoring via KPIs and policies. It is fully integrated with SuccessFactors Employee Central core HR and Time Management processes.​
