About Justin
Justin is an audit partner with over 30 years experience leading audit engagements and providing audit, tax, accounting, merger and acquisition and consulting services in Perth, Sydney, Singapore and London. Justin’s broad sector expertise includes working with clients in the resources, utilities, banking, agribusiness and other capital intensive industries with a focus on corporate governance, financial reporting assurance and technical accounting advice in both the public and private sectors. He has experience advising clients with inbound and outbound investments from and to China, Japan, South East Asia, North America, UK, Europe and various jurisdictions throughout West Africa.
Justin currently serves as Chair of the Governance Board and is a member of PwC’s Asia Pacific Governance Board. He was the Managing Partner of PwC’s Perth office and the Western Australian Assurance practice leader.
Justin has served as a non-executive director of St John of God Health Care and was a member of the Finance and Investment and Audit Committee, a non-executive director of the University of Notre Dame and was Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Justin is a Registered Company Auditor, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
