Justin McLean
Justin has worked in PwC's strategy team for 10 years and has a diverse background having worked in strategy, performance and reward. Prior to joining PwC, Justin worked for various ASX organisations including Lend Lease, Telstra and Macquarie Bank.

Justin brings a passion for working with companies and management teams undertaking significant change to drive alignment between strategic intent and execution, and has experience in doing this with FTSE and ASX multi-national companies, both at a Board and senior management level. Specifically, he has worked on performance alignment engagements with organisations undergoing significant step change whether that be a change of CEO, organisational crisis/restructure and regulatory change.

He has a Masters in Advanced Finance, a Bachelor of Political Philosophy and Economics (La Trobe University) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
