Consulting

"Starting as a graduate in the Consulting team has helped me understand how I want to build and shape my career. I've had exposure to a variety of clients and industries, and Consulting has given me a great network of people to learn from. It's the people and unique experiences that have contributed most to my personal development and is what keeps me excited about all the opportunities ahead."

Enterprises

"I work in the Digital Change team to help our clients understand how digital technologies are changing our lives. I am constantly amazed at the power of digital products. Last year I got to lead a very innovative project to help Transport for NSW engage with the best developers in Australia to create mobile apps that put real-time information into customers’ hands. The apps have reached over 700,000 users and will change the way customers plan their travels."

Functions

"I didn’t know which area of Australia Information Technology (AUiT) would suit me best, so I had the opportunity to rotate across a range of teams. Other grads who knew exactly what they wanted to do could join one team and stay there. I loved having that flexibility to shape my own development."

"Working in Enterprise Performance Solutions (EPS) has given me a wide range of experiences in the IT industry including software development, business intelligence and business analysis. The Graduate Rotational Program allowed me to learn from different areas of business and choose my own field of expertise. Being able to work closely with both clients and developers was very rewarding and has given me an invaluable insight into the software business."
Private Clients

"Being part of Private Clients allows me to work in a fast paced and dynamic sector of the market, which is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Since joining the business in 2008 I have been presented with numerous personal and professional development opportunities - including secondments to Singapore and London - which have helped me develop my skills as a trusted business advisor."
